Yes. God is not distant or unknowable — He desires a relationship with you. The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). God's love isn't earned through good behavior; it's freely given, and He invites each of us to know Him personally through Jesus Christ.

Scripture teaches that all people fall short of God's perfect standard: "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).
